    Let me first say that I do love the solar panels. My overall experience is though not great. This company (Sunly Home) has been very deceptive and misleading from the very beginning. Nothing at all they have told me so far has been true and accurate. I deeply regret ever doing business with them.

    It was very great experience working with Sunly to install my solar panels. it started with Brian he is the sells representative for Sunly, he provided me with all details that I need to understand how the system work and the requirement to start my project. also, Cody and his team has been very helpful with getting my solar panels installed. Thank you everyone for support during the installing process. Wish you the best and I advise people to get their solar panels install with Sunly.

The project manager {Ms. Irish} was an absolute gem - always communicative, knowledgeable, and ready to answer any questions I had along the way. They ensured that every step of the project was on track, making the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. The salesperson was fantastic, providing clear, detailed information and helping me make informed

    1 firm is national but review comments are mostly local to virginia 2 very hands on and quick install after decision to proceed 3a crew was very professional, esp'ly the team leader / electrician 3b very clean install - piping, wiring, etc 4 some delays getting to actual operation but they related to third parties - county inspection & power co. 5 sunly HQ should emphasize the importance of eye / ear / etc PPE to installers
