  Anna was very unprofessional and rude on the phone within the first 45 seconds of answering. My questions: Me: whats the cost to install solar for a well pump and greenhouse? Anna: you need a permit. Me: we are permitted. Anna: generally you need permits bla bla bla. Me: yeah we're already hooked up to pge and fully permitted, we just want supplemental power Anna: "yeah I'm not too experienced with that, you take.."click I hung up bc she was so transparently rude in response to me being patient and respectful with her repetitive and irrelevant responses.   Justin was very informative was unlike any other sales person I have ever dealt with. Justin truly was advocating for me Helping me in deciding if I needed solar And if I did how much of a system I needed. Justin gave me all information I needed in a clear English by the time he finished his sales pitch and answering all my questions Over and over. Justin always tried to make sure I understood his explanation of how the process worked.   Hooked on Solar was great to work with. Our PG&E bills were out of this world and with the latest rate hike set to go even higher. There was no hard sell, ( Nicole even told my sister she didn't need solar as her electric bills didn't warrant the expense). The process was very easy. I had a great time with the installation crew too. What a nice bunch of fun guys. Hooked on Solar then made sure their representative was on site when the county inspector arrived to make sure the inspection went smoothly.   Hooked On Solar just finished installing my residential solar system, and I couldn't be happier. Things went extremely well. Justin Orban, my solar consultant did a great job overseeing the project from start to finish. He was Professional, very knowledgeable and was always available for any questions that I had. From engineering, design and financing, to installation and final inspection, the employees were very proficient and the process seamless. A good company. I highly recommend Hooked On Solar for Superior product and Service.
