UPDATE: 10/22/24- To the responding Owner: I'm glad you responded but I cant post my info online. How do you suggest I get a hold of you? 10/15/24: They installed solar panels on my roof a couple of years ago. Thank God the panels have been working fine, BUT my roof started leaking in several different places the winter after the install. They came out and evaluated and determined the leaks weren't due to their panels because the leaks were in different areas of the house, where there are no panels. However, my complaint is, before they even installed the solar panels, they were supposed to ev

I had my Panels installed on Oct 28th 2024 and it’s been over a month now. I still don’t have PTO and my customer retention specialists number is disconnected. I have no way of accessing my contract or account. My electric company Southern California Edison emailed me and Complete Solar stating the inspection paperwork was filed incorrectly. That was on Nov 7th 2024. It is now December and of my three emails and 2 voicemails nothing has been answered. Please help!

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

Its website also mentions warranty, free estimate and established, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

    Elsewhere

    • It is also reviewed on Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
    • It posts on Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

    Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

    What we don't know

    • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
    • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
    • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
