    My experience with this company has been horrible. My solar system was installed in March 2025, and I have had several issues since then. Now I'm faced with the problem with the electrical panel. On the new electrical panel Sunrun installed, the electrician combined several circuits into one, causing a power outage in my house. I contacted Sunrun, and the customer service representative told me that it has nothing to do with the solar system, which I totally disagree with. The representative forwarded me a form to sign so an inspector can come out, and if it's determined that nothing is wrong

    After going back forth about solar until I called Bobby Kumparak at Sunrun solar. With him and all his crew it was a no brainer. He made it so simple and eased all my doubts about going for solar. They walk you through the whole process and use only the best equipment. The total cost to install is $0 and your monthly bill is way less that Pge charges and it doesn’t change.

    Sunrun is the worse company ever!! I’m about to hit one year and my panels aren’t functioning yet! Customer service people suck and never answer your questions and take once a week to reply to emails and texts. DO NOT GO SUNRUN!! they are a big scam!! The rep who lured me in now went mia. He literally got his commission and quit. I wish I could vote 0 stars

    Sunrun did an okay job of installing my solar years ago. We had to have someone come out after installation because something was wired wrong and items were turning off an on. They sent someone out quickly, and it was fixed quickly. Yesterday (6/4/26) there was an outage. SCE confirmed this. The battery, that I paid extra for and was supposed to keep my fridge on in case of an outage, did not work. I called Sunrun to complain and ask who’d cover my spoiled food. They sent me a troubleshooting guide for “next time.” Great. Guess the battery wasn’t worth the cost.

    System with Tesla battery installation. Excellent service from the Sunrun team. Staff are knowledgeable, professional, and respectful. Enjoying a lower utility bill thanks to Sunrun. I recommend Sunrun and would hire them again.
