Sunrun just called me and said they were doing a follow up on a request I made at Home Depot for more information. I would never request more information from sunrun because they lied to my mom about what they sold to her on being sufficient for her home to where she would not have true up charges and they said she would eventually get the tax incentives instead of them collecting them (they got them all) and she wasn’t going to have an electric bill blah, blah, blah. She’s never gotten anything for incentives has had true up charges that are as high as $1,500 per year, every single year, stil

Do not get solar panels From this company. I was told I would be able to get them off if I ever wanted to. Now they are telling me I have to wait year before I can and I have to purchase them. Don’t do it.

Forced to pay a $561.00 Service charges that I was told since the beginning that that I didn't have to pay if it was a warranty issue (new Failing inverter) I also set and waited for activation for 3 months when it was first installed but my payments never failed to be charged and the installation was done poorly (SMH) WHAT HORRIBLE COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH!!! I DON'T RECOMMEND IT TO MY WORST ENEMY! ILL GIVE YOU A START JUST FOR GOOD LUCK!!

I had a great buying experience when dealing with Brandon Cecil. He answered all of my questions and made the installation process seamless. I believe it was 11 days from my phone consult to installation. Poor customer service from the company after installation though. It took several phone calls/e-mails for about a month to get the system activated. It took the technician less than five minutes to activate it once they finally sent one to my house. On a side note, the company really undersells the importance of cleaning the panels. If you only wait for the rain, your production will diminish

Felix Ucan and Jason were both so helpful getting us enrolled in the Sunrun and PG&E program. What we valued most out of our interactions with them was their transparency and honesty about going solar. They clearly explained the benefits and misconceptions people may have once they have solar. They were with us throughout the entire process, making sure we understood what was going on. They were also patient and took the time to answer all of our questions.

Everyone I dealt with were so professional from Duff Dyer to the installers. Initially I was dealing directly with Tesla and that was 100% nightmare. When Duff came out he walked me through everything was very responsive when I was texting. He made the process so easy. He dealt with all the paperwork and permits and scheduling all the work. He managed the project from start to finish. Told me how long from start to finish to turning everything on. Spot on. In fact it was all done ahead of time within 2-3 weeks. Totally impressed. He even came back over and walked me through using both sunrun a

Duff helped us eliminate our true up bill and educated us on how solar systems can help us save some money. Very fun and friendly guy!

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.
What we don't know
- The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
- We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
- We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
