Its one and two star share is 11 points above the typical installer in Pensacola. Across Florida, 140 of the 675 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 14 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

This company isn’t registered with the state of Florida and they keep hanging up when I’m trying to tell them they will be getting a cease and desist letter. They are operating under MY company name

Our journey towards home solar systems began with SunScape Solar, who swiftly provided us with three competitive project proposals for our Pensacola residence. We ultimately decided to go with SunScape Solar. They promptly sent Jace, a representative, to verify the chosen location on the roof, the number of panels, and other details. Once confirmed, Jace and Max, another installer, started the project and completed the installation in less than a day. The communication throughout the process with SunScape Solar was truly impressive. My emails were always responded to promptly. After two succes

Awesome experience indeed. I had received quotes from a few big national brands. I discovered that these were essentially just marketing firms that subcontracted the installation and everything else. However, working with Shawn at a local solar installation company was a breath of fresh air. Shawn is based in Pensacola, employs local installers, and provides me with continuous service. I never felt any pressure or a sense that he was trying to sell me more than necessary. He addressed all my queries. I ended up with the ideal solar system for my needs. It produces enough power that I receive a

I began my quest for solar solutions with SunScape Solar, who initially provided one of the most cost-effective bids. They offered the panels and inverters I was interested in, prompting me to request a custom quote based on my specific usage. The sales process with Shawn was top-notch. He was quick to respond and took the time to address all of our queries. We then moved into the design phase with Max, who showed excellent skills in adjusting the panel layout to maintain our home's curb appeal. The installation crew was another group of professionals who were not only friendly but also effici

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
