    Update from my original review. Since the installation, everything was fine. I ended up switching internet providers and the system won't connect to my internet. The manufacturer is telling me the installer is responsible for service throughout the warrant which is what the gentleman told me when setting this up. Their number is disconnected and can't get ahold of them. This is just another scam solar company. Can’t tell you how happy I am with my experience with this company. From the start of giving me price over the phone, to the quick install. Love that I can see on the app what my system

    Casey was fantastic up front, hands down the best solar sales person I dealt with. Was super happy that I found him and excited to get going. Signed the contract and he turned into a different person. Never returned phone calls, pushed me off onto his 3P contractors (As he said he is like "Home Depot" you buy from him but he is not involved in anything else. Failed to live up to the agreements made and signed and cannot even get a common courtesy of a call or text back. Lot of potential but lacks the follow through to recommend to anyone making a large purchase.

    Had my solar panels installed a year ago. I was told that putting a soft starter on my ac unit would be the biggest savings and reduce my solar bill. Well they installed the wrong part, had to come remove it because my ac unit didn't work and never came back out to install the correct part. My electric bill is more than it was before solar and I'm paying triple what they said I would be paying. I've called text and I keep getting the run around. As a small business owner I have tried to be patient but I'm getting no where. Go with a bigger company. I totally regret doing business here.

    Update 8/11/2021: It's been more than 2 months since my installation and I still don't have a working system. Installation went great and I was expecting the rest would be just as well managed but I've had very little communication and am now finding out, only because I reached out to them, that there's something more to be done before it can be turned on. I've already gotten a bill for the system and I'm still going to have to wait more than a week before the issue can be resolved and resubmitted to the utility for permission to turn it on. Hopefully this will get resolved before I have to pa

    This is a REAL energy advisor company that had our best interest! We have met with other companies recently and all we’re trying to put a ton of solar panels on our roof. Logan came out, an advisor, with Suntex and did a whole home energy evaluation on our home. So Solar was going to cost me around 51K but with there solution for the same results we are only investing 29K now and got so much more! We got radiant barrier for our attic, blown-in insulation, solar attic fan and a much smaller solar system. Trust me everyone needs to hear this company out they are the real deal! Call this company
