    Communication is one way, the correct support department is hard to reach or claims they can't do anything, the project advisor doesn't respond ( I was told later that they were on vacation), they didn't show up to the first appointment, the installation was completed but they left without it working and told me just to wait and it would start working, which it didn't. I had to contact support three times before someone came out so I didn't have a working system during that time (11 days). They just completed the inspection and when they left the powerwalls weren't working. Fortunately, they h

    I’m satisfied. I have a high capacity system and I am still paying for my electricity bills for around $150 a month.

    Tesla are crooks. Solar install damaged felt leading to various leaks and damage within months, they would not correct the mistake insisting previous work on roof did damage despite never having anything done before solar placed. To make things worse they charged 350 for the inspection they carried out (only to clear themselves of any wrongdoing). I had to arrange for a third party come and fix their crap work and replace damaged roof.

    I added 10 more panels to my existing 7. I now produce more energy than I use and constantly send back to the grid. I don’t understand why I still get monthly bills from SCE.

    Pete and John did an excellent job, they were respectful to my home and explained everything and how it it’s. They caught a mistake by the previous owner in my electrical panel and fixed it. They were efficient and I’m satisfied with their workmanship.
