  I had a very disappointing experience with RIV Solar sales representatives who came to my home. They were extremely persistent and continued trying to sell their solar services even after I made it clear that I was not interested. I felt that they were not respecting my request to leave my property. The interaction became increasingly uncomfortable and confrontational, and we ultimately had to contact the police to have them leave. I understand that salespeople are doing their job, but there is a major difference between being persistent and refusing to respect a homeowner's wishes. If someone

  RIV’ company sale persons, marketing persons and advertisers are very annoyed to public resident area. They come and knocking or ringing the bell long time. We tell them about no interest to do but they still come every day and annoy to us. Now sticking No Soliciting sticker on the door. Because of them, our door has ugly sticker was posted. If they come worse, I’ll call police to help this guys.

  Andrew was so patient and kind with explaining how solar works and how we could benefit. We had many questions and he was so great to work with. If you feel hesitant about solar like I did, I definitely recommend talking with Andrew. He never rushed us through the process and his communication in every step was top notch.

  Well to start, I was not planning on a solar system for our house. A gentleman (Luis) stopped by when I was a little busy but he had a very convincing pitch and product. I asked if he could come by later that evening so that I could give him my full attention along with my wife being available to listen as well. He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what he was selling. His supervisor Edson also stopped in a little while into this meeting to give additional information we needed to make sure we knew 100% all the angles of the process and product because we have never had solar before.   Drew was the most helpful person that I’ve come across. He was so helpful. He never made it about him and if he would make a sale. I really felt like he was just helping me and giving me good honest information weather he made a sale or not. Thank you Drew for being a good person
