Its one and two star share is 1 point below the typical installer in the Colton area. Across California, 232 of the 1,529 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 5 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Every company we hold in the Colton area, on one axis

0% rated 1–2★70%

Each mark is one company we hold in the Colton area whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Infinity Solar Systems Riverside is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

What reviewers said

I can’t even begin to describe what a disaster this company and their people are. It’s been a year since our solar installation and we are still not generating power. We are paying for a system that doesn’t work even remotely close to what was promised. They keep making mistake after mistake and we haven’t even been cleared to operate. Our utility bill has not changed a bit, and it’s a comedy of errors and sloppy work by this company. Totally incompetent and negligent, beware of this company. RUN AWAY

Excellent service!!! Victor was very patient and thorough in educating us about the solar system. He helped us get the best price and warranty from three different quotes we had. 100% recommended.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Financing

“unique energy needs. With flexible financing options and long-term savings from reduced…”

  • Licence number

“renewable energy with Infinity Solar. License #: 824287 Infinity Solar has been serving the…”

Its website also mentions warranty, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It posts on YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook and X. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
