Trinity Solar

Each mark is one company we hold in Rhode Island whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Trinity Solar is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

When I called the office about my roof leak they said roof leaks are their highest priority so they would call back the next day. 3 days later when I called them to follow up, the earliest time they were willing to come investigate is two weeks later. Their works leaks, and they aren't in a hurry to fix it. Roof isn't even 2 years old.

Trinity is always 'in my area' to send a pushy salesman with a ton of cologne and scratches all over his arms to my house to burn 20 minutes of both of our lives. I can't attest to their services, only their salespersons.

Was approached today by sales reps who were told “no solicitation”. He approached anyway and began asking personal questions about my kids! I became uncomfortable and told them to leave. They walked away snickering. Next time, I’ll call the police.

Trinity Solar recently installed a solar system on our house in Cranston. From sales to service, I unfortunately can't give Trinity a 5 star review like I would've hoped. First - the sales. Sales went back and forth with me a million times. Changing the terms and conditions, changing which bank they use, and ultimately forcing me into a contract that I previously opted out of. They claimed that if I went with my original choice it would've taken "months" to turn on my system. I think it was a bait and switch and they got some kickback if they used one bank over another. It felt very scam like,

Joe Liptak is incredibly knowledgeable and honest. He was able to answer. All questions asked. He got the work done , what an incredible job I’m so happy I would recommend him. I have recommended him and will continue to. He’s probably the first honest person I have worked with. Highly highly recommend recommended.

I recently had Trinity come out to correct a system failure issue. The service Tech did a great job, additionally my issue was complex and once the Team at trinity got involved they helped to make sure my issue was rectified expeditiously. I was very pleased with the experience.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
• —We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
• —We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
