TriSMART Solar

Each mark is one company we hold in the Round Rock area whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. TriSMART Solar is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

I've been trying to reach someone at TriSmart for weeks now using their email address and phone numbers. The phone numbers have been disconnected and no one responds to their emails. I think this company no longer exists.

I have a fully executed contract since December 2025 and they won't contact me to schedule the installation even after eMails stating they would. Even a BBB complaint didn't create an action on their part. I've eMailed, called, complained and NOTHING from this company. They don't care about their customers.

We had a great experience with them until September 2025. The rep came by and we got a deal with more panels and batteries. They started installation one day and we never saw them again. Their tools are literally still on our roof and our roof is now leaking from the unfinished work. It's now March 2026 and we've emailed and texted and haven't heard anything at all from TriSmart. AVOID at all costs.

Delays, delays, delays. Their left hand doesn't even seen to know what their LEFT hand is doing. Service after sales is pitiful. Some of the delay, it turns out, was my contractor NOT PAYING THEM the money the insurance company gave the contractor to give them. The work TriSmart did was very good, once they came to do it.

This solar installation was great! TriSmart walked me through this process from start to finish. Every time I call my representative I get status updates. I checked out multiple services and companies before deciding on TriSmarts Microgrid program. This program came with tons of solar panels & multiple battery's included. I paid nothing out of pocket and TriSmart also bought out my contract with my current utility provider and became my provider going forward. If you're considering Solar or back up batteries at all I recommend going with TriSmart.

Hunter Stirm made sure we understood everything. He is super knowledgeable & answered every question we had. He kept us in the loop and guided us through the process. We can't thank Hunter enough! TriSMART Solar is the BEST!!! Walked us through every step. The guy who sold us on the solar had such a great, energetic and down to earth personality! Thank you for great customer service☺️

Joe is very professional and excellent on explaining everything about the generator. He's very detailed and efficient. Joe was amazing and professional from beginning to install. He kept us informed every step of the way. The team was wonderful as well explaining the process and keeping us updated on each step.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

• It is also reviewed on Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
• It posts on Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
• —We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
• —We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
• —We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
