I've been waiting OVER A YEAR, for them to fix my system!! They won't answer calls or emails! Contacting lawyer this week! DO NOT USE THEM!

I have been trying and trying and trying to reach you about getting a part replaced. I have called and called every phone number possible, sent multiple emails to your customer service address and absolutely NO ONE will answer or respond. Your number listed directly on your website is disconnected. I'm paying for a system that doesn't even work. You're a terrible company. This was a huge mistake on my part.

The initial install was great and the y did a good job when they installed. But it's been a few years and my system stopped working and their service support seems to suck I've been trying to get someone to come out for the last month and a half to fix my system and I just keep get it's with scheduling. It's costing me money since I usually have a credit at the end of the month but now 0 production and I'm having to burn through the credit i already have. My bill this month I'll actually have to pay for electricity.

TriSMART provided a new program they offer to me called MicroGRID. They gave me 200% more production then my house consumes and 8 backup batteries for my whole house to be backup up. They also became my electric provider to guarantee my power bill wouldn't get any taxes or fees that these providers were charging and taking advantage of customers paying. The process was done all on the timeline they laid out and my representative made sure I didn't feel like communication was going to be an issue like some of these other reviews here. I highly recommend TriSMART and this new MicroGrid Offer!

My solar installation went great and the installation team did a fabulous job. I went with the MicroGRID program and this was by far the easiest decision. The communication was great and TriSmart handled everything including the HOA permits, city, and utility fees. TriSMART did an amazing job.

I saved thousands of dollars going with TriSMART, and the installation was very well done. In the end, I'm very happy. On the negative side, there were several communication issues. It seemed that the various departments were not talking to each other. Example: Power backup was a minor motivation of mine for installing batteries, but I liked the idea of backing up my pool pump for freeze protection. I was told my system would back up the whole home. Then the plans came out and said it would only have critical load backups. Then when the installers came, I found out that two pole circuits could

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.
Elsewhere
- It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
- It posts on Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.
What we don't know
- The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
- We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
- We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
- We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
