Its one and two star share is 25 points above the typical installer in Pinellas Park. Across Florida, 70 of the 675 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 4 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Do not use 7 months later still not working / not producing the correct power output - paying a power bill and a loan payment - Battery backup system has never worked and I am still waiting to have it fixed so it works. Panels were placed incorrectly took 6 months to have them put in the correct location and once in the correct location power output doubled but is still not enough to get me to net zero or even close $100 off the power bill dose not cover the loan payment. Now with heavy rain my roof leaks - nothing but headaches - For $30,000 the worst investment I have ever made!! Customer se

Velocity was very professional, knowledgeable and competitively priced. The original technician that came to my home had extensive knowledge and answered every question I threw at him. He designed a system that has completely eliminated my power bill. He was able to show me a couple of additional ways to cut my energy spending to ensure I was always getting the maximum benefit of my system. The crew that performed the work was equally as professional and knowledgeable. They kept my yard clean, didn't do any damage to my roof and made sure I was happy with the quality of their work prior to lea

Reviewer names are not published here. Negative reviews are shown first because they are the ones a listing hides, not because they are more representative.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Free estimate

“choice for your family and create a free quote based on your energy needs. LEARN…”

Its website also mentions family owned and licence number, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It posts on YouTube, X and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Pinellas Park is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
