Its one and two star share is 3 points below the typical installer in the Naperville area. Across Illinois, 103 of the 183 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 133 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Ordered by the share of one and two star reviews, weighted by how many reviews stand behind it. It ranks review records, not workmanship.

Every company we hold in the Naperville area, on one axis

0% rated 1–2★75%

Each mark is one company we hold in the Naperville area whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Volt Home Pros is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

Thanks volt, they are friendly and supper support. The insulation very professional. excellent service & thanks to Paul Matanovic - Sales Rep Lindsey Halter - PM

  • 5★ · around July 2026

I am working with Paul Matanovic & hands down he’s the best solar sales rep that I’ve ever met, very patient and knowledgeable in my opinion. Also, he understands the needs of his clients and finds a way to make it work for us! Hopefully, we will see the system up and running soon and I will share more feedback then! 🤞🏼 Update: Lindsey Halter was the PM on my project & I have to say, she’s been really helpful with all the project updates and the requests we had. Timely responses & yeah did I mention the whole sign up process to city permits & installation was complete in 3 weeks! 🔥❤️ Also,

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Warranty

“& inspection. 10-year workmanship warranty. With over 10 years of industry…”

  • Years in business

“10-year workmanship warranty. With over 10 years of industry experience, our team at…”

  • Licensed

“Every service is performed by our licensed, certified team. Solar Installation…”

Its website also mentions free estimate and insured, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • Google also lists this company under electrical.
  • It is also reviewed on Thumbtack. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.

Something wrong here? Tell us and a person will read it.
