    "April 2021" solar panels have been installed to a perfect roof condition with a inspection before of the roof, now estimate for repair is 2k for 14 tile broken and the only thing the company did was use an unaesthetic black silicone for tile roof. Not profesional.

    This company is not good but very irresponsible, since February I have 2 damaged panels and they have not done anything to solve it, they say that the guarantee is with AP systems and that is their excuse, I do not recommend that you buy with these people they are good to sell but bad to grant you the guarantee right now I am waiting for Telemundo to give you an interview on Telemundo respond

    Unreal experience. My neighbor referred me to this company stating his overall quality experience dealing with this company. Okay, so I contact them and provide my neighbors name and the fact that we live in a new neighborhood. An easy Tesla charger install. Well, i was told I need to complete a form- This is on a Friday. I provided my email. No form- not in junk either. I call on Monday and receive the form. I complete the form and send request photos. Nothing. I call the sales guy to let him know his disclaimer of starting price is $200 more than my neighbors. He gives me the runaround and s

    We had a mixed experience with 15 Lightyears. Although the installers were on time every day and they worked non stop for several days to get our system installed, we recently found out the system was not wired correctly. We continue to have reporting issues with the solar charge controller and I am hopeful that 15 Lightyears will send someone out to fix the issue. Still waiting now for 2 weeks without a resolution.
