Its one and two star share is 2 points above the typical installer in New Mexico. Across New Mexico, 27 of the 65 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 20 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

He keeps having my review removed and flagged 😂 I AM A CUSTOMER and I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. They don’t know how to handle basic paperwork, they won’t stand behind their work, and their customer service is absolutely atrocious. If you care about your property, your pets, and your money, stay far away from this company. Would give zero stars if I could. They went into my back yard and left the gate open, my dog ran away. Did not take responsibility to make it right. If you have pets/animals BEWARE! Anyone who cares, found my dog 5 days later and 5k later from vet bills, he

Mike is very unprofessional, not a man of his word. Only cares about money, will not answer phone calls after he has collected his money. DOES NOT GUARANTEE HIS WORK! He installed a car charging outlet and wires are loose and he refuses to fix it. Very unexperienced with paperwork, permits and solar panel laws and regulations. Would not fill out tax rebate form and said "thats up to you to figure out". Leaves a mess behind(trash),leaving ladder on roof for weeks on end. Has no respect for personal property...His workers went into backyard when dog was there and dog ran away, didn't bother to cal

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Warranty

“systems inside and out. 25-Year Warranty We stand behind our installations…”
  • Years in business

“a second-generation electrician with over 30 years of experience, we specialize in…”
  • Bonded

“Solar & Electric is a licensed, bonded, and insured full-service electrical…”
  • Insured

“Electric is a licensed, bonded, and insured full-service electrical and solar…”
  • Licensed

“Are 1Uppro Solar & Electric is a licensed, bonded, and insured full-service…”

Its website also mentions free estimate, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Rio Rancho is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.

Something wrong here? Tell us and a person will read it.
