    Don't bother giving them a referral because they won't pay you. They gave me the run around for several months and then threatened to shut off one of two systems I bought from them because I owed a last payment and wanted to deduct the referral bonus. Very disappointing.

    After installing we've had a hell of time to get technicians to come out to fix it. First time we were 22 days before he came out it was a fuse . Now 6 days and still waiting for technicians to fix probably same problem . We did online troubleshooting ourselves and customer service tried . Said she sent order in to get tech AGAIN ! Good sales pitch but scheduling for tech don't follow up when you need tech .

    Is it possible to give less than 1 star? Look, the sales team was VERY convincing, and came to us at a moment when we'd run up a HUGE electric bill for AC our first summer here. If we'd known what we know now, I'd have thrown the salesmen off our property. The system works great, powers the house all summer, no issues there. No, the issue is with OWE, not the equipment. Over the past several business days, I've personally been on hold for customer service for 10+ hours. I found out today that their system hangs up on you after 4 hours on hold, like I'm the idiot for wanting to speak to a human

    So far so good. The install team (Moises Baca, Jason Alvarado, Esteban Aguilar, and Ernesto Cabrera) were excellent. They were very professional and the installation looks perfect. The system is not operating yet because they have to upgrade the main meter panel to the house, which is being done in two days, but they tested everything they installed to ensure it all worked when they were done. It was rough after the install. Our initial project manager, Gladys, basically didn't do anything and was impossible to get a hold of. We bundled the solar system with HVAC and we had to schedule the HVA

    The moment I signed the paperwork for what was, for me, a scary amount of money, I began to fret about everything. I need not have worried. So far, the procedure has been entirely aboveboard and flawless. At every single step in the process, from sales to permission to operate, I have been informed. In short, my experience has been amazing. Every staff member with whom I have interacted has been professional and knowledgeable. I think my final contact was with Nikki and, like all the others, she was helpful and provided me with follow-up telephone numbers which has left me feeling supported vs

    Our World Energy handled the solar panel installation in an efficient and professional manner. June was excellent as my project coordinator---superb in communication / coordination. Very happy with their work and help. Cherry was helpful in with the process to get the tax credit from the state of New Mexico as well. It is obvious this is their business and they are very good at it.
