    I called to get solar they told me they're not taking any outside services right now so I rate them as a very poor company

    This company took over our install of the solar panels because t Titan solar went bankrupt. We did not choose this company Good leap was the ones who chose this company. At first they were great at coming out and fixing things. But then Solar Solutions stoped everything and we tried several times to get a hold of them but never returned our messages. We have our panels up for two and a half years now and are not in use still. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

    Affordable Solar installed a 16-panel system on my roof 7 years ago. It was supposed to inspect annually but never did. It never answered calls. The system barely produces--35% was promised and 2% is what has been being delivered. It offered no warranties. I am now having to replace it. I consider the money I gave Affordable Solar totally wasted.

    I was very excited to work with Affordable Solar since the company I was working with before went out of business. I spoke with James. My solar app wasn't working properly. I kept getting notifications saying there was an alert and the app wasn't showing production & I was interested in possibly buying more panels. We made an appt for him to come to my home in a week. He never showed or called to cancel. I thought maybe I got the date wrong but I knew for sure it was that week. So I waited until Friday and still no one showed or called so I emailed asking if I got the wrong date. No, I didn't.

    Just had Affordable Solar come and replace another one of my panels. As always, they provide excellent service and value. Can’t recommend highly enough. Mason just came out to replace another panel. Excellent work as always. Thanks so much, Affordable Solar! Mason just came out to take care another old panel that needed replacement. 16 years, and with the excellent customer service, my system is still cranking out the electricity!     Affordable Solar installed our solar panels about six years ago, and came by yesterday to check out our system and update the communication that monitors performance. Throughout, they have been efficient, responsive and knowledgeable. Since the install, we have had zero issues, and no problems. I highly recommend these folks!
