Its one and two star share is 21 points above the typical installer in Albuquerque. Across New Mexico, 7 of the 65 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 5 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

SunPro Solar will not stand behind their word. I was promised 100% electric bill coverage with the 32 panels installed. If the system did not preform to this, I was promised extra panels to get it to that point. After struggling for months to get a hold of someone in the company that could help, all im told is my system meets the PPG. I understand the panels on my house are working properly. But Sunpro refuses to add extra panels to get my productivity up without me having to foot the bill. But my electric bill is as high as it was before going solar, plus the solar system payment as well. Eff

1 year later update, review from 5 stars to 3 : Ten months after install, 7 of my panels stopped working. Initially Sunpro was responsive but said there was nothing they could do to fix my issue, they claimed they were having issues with all their Enphase inverters nationwide and their hands were tied. I checked in almost every week to see if they had worked something out with Enphase to resolve the issue and they told me there was no progress, after the first month all my emails went unanswered. With no help from Sunpro, I reached out to Enphase, two emails and a few days later Enphase helped

I could not be happier with my experience with SunPro Solar! From start to finish there was a team of great people helping me make my dream of living off solar energy come true. It started with my wonderful salesperson, Dillon Snow, who was knowledgeable and professional and spec-ed out the perfect system for me. Dillon was always available to answer any questions and treated me like a valued customer. Every member of the El Paso install crew was courteous and professional and attended to the details of making sure I knew exactly what was happening and how things worked. The lovely folks in th

I cannot say enough good about Sunpro! They were thorough and efficient throughout our solar system purchase and installation. I could match the numbers for product and performance during the bid. They were awesome on planning and coordinating the permits and project. The install was timely, complete and clean. The best part is the system has performed better than expected and looks sharp!

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
