Its one and two star share is 1 point above the typical installer in Albuquerque. Across New Mexico, 29 of the 65 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 402 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Damn near beat down my door with three people. Told me he saw the no soliciting sign but he wanted to solicit anyway. Definitely sketchy.

I hired Solar Works to re-do the stucco exterior on my house after a sales representative rang my doorbell. So far, the experience has not been smooth. The first stage was done quickly and very well by a hard working team. They were careful about my yard and their clean-up after working was perfect. That said, the next stages of applying the actual stucco and repainting the house have stalled out for reasons I can't understand. I have had problems getting my phone calls returned by the sales manager who initially got me signed up and there has been no work for a week on my house. Thanks to Nan

Well, it all started good. Until our sales guy, Conner left our kitchen table. The HORRIBLE lack of communication from Mr. Hill, is by far the worse I have encountered from a company. He never followed through with keeping us in the stages of installation and what happens next. Our system has been installed for about a month now and still now operating. City inspector came out yesterday, Wednesday, September 10 and failed the electrical part. Now waiting again. I had to reach out asking for updates, granted our system needed modification, had that been mentioned in the beginning there would be

Epex replaced all the windows in our house. Their professionalism and skills were unmatched. They had all 11 windows installed and everything cleaned up in 2 days and they were working around another crew that was working on our a/c and furnace. I will definitely be recommending to anyone who is looking to get their windows done. And the price was very reasonable.

We recently had over 20 windows and a large double sliding glass door replaced by Solar Works, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the entire process was professional and seamless. One thing we especially appreciated was Solar Works' flexibility in coordinating the timing of our project. We were also replacing the stucco on our home, and the team worked with us to ensure the windows were installed before the stucco work began. This thoughtful planning helped us avoid having to rework or repair newly completed stucco and made the entire renovation process much

Solar Works installed our solar panels last year. All members of the team from consultation/sales to final install were caring and professional. I particularly would like to add a special recignization for Jennifer in Customer Experience area. She was very helpful when getting the information submitted for our tax credit after the install. Additionally I have contacted her a number of times over the year to get receipts, and to ask questions, and most recently to help diagnose problems I was having with the Solar Edge app. Jennifer is always pleasant and always willing to assist, or to find th

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

Its website also mentions free estimate, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

    Elsewhere

    • It is also reviewed on Yelp and the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

    Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

    What we don't know

    • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
    • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
    • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.

Something wrong here? Tell us and a person will read it.
