    Terrible customer service. I called for help because my monitoring system wasn't working. After several days of being unable to reach anyone who could help me, a customer service representative (also terrible service) contacted me, listened to my problem, and told me they would send someone to check my monitoring system. However, they were going to charge me $185 for the visit, even though my contract states I have a 25-year warranty. I've only had my system for four years. To avoid charging me, they emailed me instructions for a different monitoring system than the one I have. Days passed bef

    I called to have a free estimate done because that’s what the website says they offer. Waited all morning for them to tell me when they were on their way just for the lady to tell me they don’t do free estimates. I tell her let me see if my father still wants them to come out and she hangs up on me. Customer service needs some work

    When the company goes out to sell you the panels they are very nice and will answer calls fast BUT when it come to the guarantee you can’t reach anyone the it’s takes weeks for the problem to be fixed. So you end up paying for a regular electric bill for months

    After requesting an appointment, labeled as “not urgent”, I called back after a month to see when things were scheduled. Unfortunately, no appointment had been scheduled. This was corrected and the appointment completed satisfactorily. The tech called me with an update the next day.

    Had a great experience with Hector and Freddy, they were on time,professional and courteous. He took his time to explain everything they did and also explained the repairs that need to be done. Highly recommend.

    I recently got a new router which required connecting WiFi to the Solar Smart Living (SSL) inverter. I could not get WiFi to connect so I called SSL to schedule to have a technician come over to get everything to work. The technician, Matthew Duvall, came and diagnosed the problem. He made software updates and waited until the updates updated. Additionally, he explained everything to me and told me what to do should the problem occurs in the future. Matthew is extremely knowledgeable and a very friendly person. Kudos to him and SSL.
