Literal thieves. !!BUYER BEWARE!! I sold my house and transferred the lease to the new owner. Sunrun even confirmed the transfer via email. They are still billing me and still pulling money from my account after I stopped autopay. I tried to rectify the situation last month and was told i am wrong and they refused to provide any proof after multiple requests. I called again two days ago and the RUDE person on the phone said he took care of it, refused to send any sort of confirmation. Not shockingly there is still a bill due on my account and a scheduled payment from a bank account that i canc

We just purchased a home that has sun run solar panels on it. After less than a few months, the panels were constantly tripping the circuit breaker. Unfortunately, when I spoke to Sun run over the phone, they said that the service fee for coming out and checking out the solar panels could be $600 if the repairs weren’t covered under warranty. The servicer arrived at my home, spent about 10 minutes diagnosing the issue, and let me know it was an inverter, and that he would check to see if it was covered under warranty with the manufacturer. He came back to me a few minutes later and let me know

We have the same problem as Michael Z. In his review, System was working for 7 years until April ‘25. Need a new inverter which apparently Sunrun can’t provide. They say they have an inverter in stock, schedule an appointment, then don’t show up. We’ve gotten the runaround for 6 months! Collection calls keep coming. Why the collection company thinks we should pay on a lease when we have no service doesn’t make sense. There’s something fishy going on with that company. Very unprofessional customer service. Absolutely no trust in that company at this point.

Reminds me a lot of dealing with a car dealership. The sales pitch is great, but after that.. not so much. Mark did a great job selling me on the solars (where they get you is showing you a low monthly LOAN payment if you want to give up the 30% tax rebate from the government you get). The price wasn’t a problem and so far we are saving a few dollars per month. After they installed the solars, they left the solars looking filthy. Cmon guys, presentation means something. Wipe them clean. Last gripe is that they want you to connect a little box to your router so it communicates production to the

Why aren’t you doing this? Why keep PNM rich. Be your own boss. Own you power. Do solar with sun run. 10 years and still 5 stars

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
