Its one and two star share is 1 point above the typical installer in the Los Lunas area. Across New Mexico, 14 of the 65 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.
The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 68 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.
Every company we hold in the Los Lunas area, on one axis
Each mark is one company we hold in the Los Lunas area whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Infinity Solar USA is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

I am interested in potentially adding solar panels to my home. The consultant who came by, Damian, was extremely pushy and was making made me uninterested and distrustful. When informed that their methods had made me less interested they behaved extremely weirdly and unprofessionally in their communications. I am extremely glad I did not make the mistake of getting involved with a company that conducts itself like this.

I only gave it one because I can’t give it a zero absolute trash company. Extremely overpriced they promised you one thing but install another thing and then say “oops.” You cannot get a hold of them ever, and they refuse to fix things that are their responsibility in their contract to correct. Absolute trash do not go with Infinity Solar.

They took FOREVER to get through the process. Now that it’s been done, I’ve had a panel out, they scheduled a date to fix it and never showed. They refuse to answer my calls or return them. Don’t waste your time with them.

They did a good job. They were very polite. I was happy with the service.

From the sales, installation, PM, to tech involvement in greasing the kids for inspections for city inspections and the eventual PTO, very knowledgeable staff. The negatine(s) were the third party involvement. After installation, city took 2.5 months for site inspection and approved. Yesterday, the contractor says I have PTO, but I have yet to see the official PTO from my utility.

Ok, all the team was great. The installation was done in under 4 hours for 13 panels. We have not gotten the City inspection yet and have no idea when it will be. Should go quick after that now that PNM has gotten off the dime. Only complaint I have is that it seems like you are a tad pushy on doing the review before the system is online. I will likely do another review in a few months after any bugs are shaken out. Happy so far though.

What the company says about itself
Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.
Financing
“your property value. Do you offer financing options for solar installation? Yes, Infinity…”
Insured
“Infinity Solar USA, we are certified, insured, and trained in the latest solar…”
Licensed
“by advanced technology and a team of licensed professionals. We understand that…”
Its website also mentions free estimate, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.
Elsewhere
- It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau and ConsumerAffairs. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
- It posts on TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.
What we don't know
- The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
- We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
- We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
