Each mark is one company we hold in the Los Lunas area whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. MySolar is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

  Worst contracting experience ever! Eddie was eager to take my deposit back in March 2025. The project just completed 15 months later! Delays were never Eddie's fault, he had an excuse for everything. Lack of planning during the early construction phase meant they had they to put additional holes and conduit on the exterior of the house. Eddie was never around throughout the project. He showed up only to collect the check at the beginning and the end. MySolar does not in fact do any of the work themselves. They sub all the work out other solar companies. I would never hire MySolar or Eddie agai

  Met Isaac Ketcham at Santa Fe Ace Hardware last spring and discussed possible solar install. He scheduled a visit, had his My solar team do and analysis and wrote up a proposal. He was very thorough and made sure we understood what the advantages were and how long it would take for our project to pay off. After installation we had a minor problem and Isaac made sure that it was resolved and everything is working great.

  My husband and I had MySolar install solar at our home in Santa Fe. We had the pleasure of working with Isaac Ketcham. Isaac was our sales rep but he tracked our job, responded to City permitting delays, followed-up on our closing paperwork and final approval. Isaac is not your ordinary sales person. He is there for you through all the steps of the install and completion. He is thorough, conscientious and kind. Our experience with MySolar was successful because of Isaac's attention to our job.

  My Solar just completed the final check of our newly installed solar energy system and we couldn't be happier. We stopped at their booth at the home show in Santa Fe and within a week the owner was at our house evaluating our electricity use and the possibility of adding panels to our roof. We had already spoken to two other companies and Eddie impressed us with his indepth knowledge of the science of solar power conversion (my spouse is a physicist with the energy dept). I called his references and his previous customers confirmed our initial feeling of his trustworthiness. His quote was also

• It is also reviewed on Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
• It posts on Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.
