    Paid our deposit in summer 2025 and were told the project would take roughly 12 weeks after approvals. Installation was not completed until the end of January, inspection passed in early February, and we are now at the end of May 2026 and the system is still not operational. At one point we were told delays were related to our prior community solar program, something that was never identified or addressed during the many months between signing our contract and installation. That issue has supposedly now been resolved, yet the system is still not operational and we still cannot get a clear answ

    Decided to go solar due to rising energy prices had Mike come out and give his whole sales pitch it sounded good to me because my payment was supposed to be $193 a month but what he failed to tell me was that that was only an 18-month promotional deal with no interest and now my payment went up to $282 and having these panels makes no sense because I'm still getting almost 500.00 RGE bills in the winter and that's with me also burning wood for heat. I've called and texted Mike and the owner and neither one of them will return my calls or messages so I reported them to the Public Service Commis

    worst company. did lie to me saying that we will get 50% coverage through the government grant but received nothing until now. They usually sell their product giving the wrong information. Now we are required to pay the whole amount of money, no help from any source to cover the cost price. They should give the right information to the customer before installing the solar panel.

    The installation went well, but they couldn't assist me to follow up with Nyseg and county which was necessary to obtain credit for this investment. I ended up not receiving solar credits for 4 months and they didn't instruct me in the different actions I needed to take to assure credit. The one person at Solar Roc did attempt to connect with nyseg, but were unable to help. It felt as if they did their job but were unable to follow up to make sure it all worked, so that I received the benefit. She sent me the final installation letter that she says nyseg received and washed her hands if it! Th

    I wanted to thank the entire 3rd ROC Solar team for helping me rescue a failed solar system that another installer was unwilling to fix. 3rd ROC Solar was able to jump in and help finish the diagnostic steps the inverter manufacture required and then ultimately install warranty replacement micro-inverters. Thank you again so much!

    Their team was on time, professional, courteous, and took the time to answer ALL of my questions. They gave me a completion timeline and they completed well before the timeline. Communication was constant and if I needed someone to answer a question, it was taken care of quickly. I highly recommend them for your solar needs.

    In an effort to get solar installed before the expiration of the Solar Tax Credit at the Federal Level, I turned to 3rd ROC Solar after engaging Green Spark. The sales agent was referred to me by my neighbor who was also evaluating solar. CJ, the sales agent, was professional and honest. He was able to confirm that things could be completed in time for the tax credit. After we signed and put down our deposit we had to wait a bit for the job to be scheduled and completed.
