    UPDATE: Ok, a couple of years out and I can say I'm not really happy with how I've been treated by these guys. A year after install, I lost a panel to squirrels nesting under the panels. The panel was fine, but they made me buy a new one, and I had to have critter guards installed. They were nice enough to waive the install fee for the one panel, but this fix took two months of back and forth of me having to message repeatedly to get something scheduled. The year after that, I lost four more panels to squirrels because the critter guards failed. They blamed the snow from the two storms we had

    Poor Customer Experience and Uncompetitive Pricing I recently went through the process of researching and pricing out a 57-panel solar system for my home. After gathering multiple quotes, I scheduled a final proposal call with this company, hoping to get a competitive offer. Unfortunately, my experience with my sales representative, Jesse, was extremely disappointing. He was late to our virtual appointment and came across as dismissive and unprofessional from the start. Instead of presenting his company’s value, he immediately asked to see my other quotes before providing anything of his own.

    After receiving 4 quotes to install solar on our home, we enthusiastically signed the contract and paid a deposit with NYSSF. I still don't know why our project wasn't moved forward in the normal process, at one point being told our project was "on hold" even though we had not requested that. We also experienced delays in getting final designs with our project sitting in queue for engineers drawing for 4 weeks in September. After this, we thought we were ready to submit the permit application to our municipality. We were told it had to go back to the engineer's queue for another drawing with a

    I came back to re-do the review. At the beginning of the contract I have asked if I would be able to se production of each panel and I was assured that I would. All went well instation no problem. At the end program I did get it is still in a testing process.(lies) I had a word word with Antony (owner) story o no we can’t do that. I’ll call you if I can. Let’s see if he does. I’ll update it again. Good panels and system. Amir

    Working with Gabby and the whole team was a perfect match from the beginning. Communication was seamless and comfort working with a local company made all the difference. The town permitting process was efficient and installation was better than expected. The team was able to quickly adjust to specific requests I had . Inspection and permission to operate had no hiccups. I would not hesitate to recommend New York State Solar Farm to friends and family.

    I had a great experience with New York State Solar Farm. Gabby and the rest of the team were wonderful to work with. One of the things that separated them from one of their major competitors was their personable approach, no pressure, and only one person I was dealing with when putting my solar design package together. Gabby was excellent, and I asked her many questions that she always answered very quickly.

    GREAT COMPANY to work with. All the NYSSF Team members from Jennifer Kipperman (Explanations) to Rose Trosclair (Permits) , to Allyson Vasquez (Actual Installation), made our Solar Array project of 24 SEG PANELS on our New Asphalt Shingle Roof Seamless. The Installation Crew was amazing as well. We would happily be able to recommend NYSSF for your Solar Array at sometime in your future.
