  Beware of this company. Zero return calls, poor communication. Nothing has happened according to what we were told. We were supposed to be up and running by June. Take a look at the pictures, nothing done correctly. We got a $500 electric bill yesterday. What a joke, we should have done a windmill!

  After changing our review from a 5 to a 4… the end result of our experience with Empire Solar will stay at a 1 because that’s the lowest you can give to post. ( Sorry Taul, this is where it’s staying and you and your company have not done a thing to rectify this. As of today, July 13, our app still isn’t working properly due to an error that Empire Solar made in giving an incorrect email to Tesla ( and then a supervisor from Empire blamed Tesla for the error) and we still cannot get a human at Tesla, only repetitive emails that our email is incorrect so we can’t get a rebate that is due us fro

  We had a good experience overall. However, when our panels were installed the roof space was miscalculated and on the spot we had to make a decision. We opted to instal 3 of the panels on the north-facing roof instead, and we were told that once they see how much less power is generated, they will install more panels to make up the difference. Unfortunately we've had poor follow through after multiple attempts on our end, and the extra panels were never installed even over a year later. • It is also reviewed on ConsumerAffairs, the Better Business Bureau and Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
• It posts on Facebook and Instagram. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.
