    For some Reason my bad review was taken down. Weird. But I am putting it here again. Something is up here. Please be aware you get charged as soon as tech sets foot on your property. My tech came and even being told many times I have a micro inverter setup he still ignore and wasted time looking for another drip. Then this was the part that made my blood boil.after 1 hr of working on my roof he went to his car for the next 4 hrs. I wondering what he is doing not realizing he is doing administrative work on my time(word of advice make sure you confirm with the tech if you are still on the clock

    No better preview of the service and attitude you will get from Solar Medix than the owner's response below. Punishing the customer for complaining, instead of focusing on solving the problem. ---- Avoid Solar Medix at all costs. Two of my panels stopped working and Solar Medix visited to replace the micro-inverters on them. By the time the tech was done, 9 other panels were out (how he managed to break them is still unknown). They scheduled another visit (3 months out) to fix the 11 panels that are now out. The tech spent around 3 hours, only to find that there was an issue with the internet

    Communication is fair, too many people/agencies involved in the process. It has always been confusing dealing with Sunrun

    Solar Medix was very easy to work with. The technicians have the necessary skills for solar panel maintenance and repair. I am extremely satisfied with the work they did for me.
