    I’m not sure if all these other reviews are just people from the company or what but Buffalo Solar has been nothing but a giant waste of money. Paid a small fortune for battery backup in case of power outage, two massive batteries that take up an entire wall in our basement, they were left on by the company before power was supplied and drained to zero, had to be manually recharged for hours on end. We were told by our rep that they would power our lights and whole house and they power only our furnace (sometimes) and fridge…. That’s it! Way too expensive to just power our fridge and and furna

    I am not happy with this company recently after knowing they fired all the workers. I got solars from them year ago and tried to reached out several times and lady name Mary spoke with me and she doesn’t have any experience or know anything about solar. I had issue with inverter and tried to call them many time and every time they told me will reach out to you on Wednesday since someone knows something about solar comes back and helps. But no one ever calls and not professional. Regrets buying solar from them. Wish Forest still worked there, because of him I got the solar. He was great and kno

    Do not use this company as they refuse to own up to and rectify their mistakes.They placed solar panels on my home last summer and this past winter had a waterfall of water in my family room causing major damage. Come to find out that they did not understand the multiplier effect of snow dumping from an upper roof onto my lower roof with skylights. I had specifically warned them about the high snowfall rate in the Southtowns and they said it is all in consideration in their design. After consultation with other solar companies in high snow area out west, found out that they should have placed

    Spoke with Tyler, he walked me through what I needed to get my solar system working, we agreed on a very good price and then I went to pick up my panels. Very smooth and easy process. The guys loaded and tied the panels for me, I got home, set them up and the panels work great. Definitely coming back here for future panel purchases.

    Needed large efficient panels for a few projects. Tyler at buffalo solar was more then helpful and knowledgeable threw out the multiple projects we have installed. Would highly recommend them for future projects. Pricing and willingness to educate is bar none.
