Blatant scams on website. You see the pricing but that's only if you buy bulk. If you want fewer panels, they charge a pallet break up fee of $50-$100 to the listed price. Then they have a promo code section and you find one for $50 off. Sounds good, makes the $56 pallet break up fee less offensive, till you apply it and they increase the pallet break up fee from $56 to $106, and then take $50 off of that new price. If they are going to play pricing games so poorly, you can only guess what their service and customer support will be like if you actually buy from them.

Ordered 2 solar panels from them, they sent an email stating to double check the outside of the packaging for damage, and notate on the BOL, there were no damages to the outside of the packaging, but yet both solar panels were shattered, Alexey Kruglov talked to me on the phone, and would not stand behind the shipping process he laid out and said the mistake was on me, he stated that i should have unpacked the solar panels in front of the driver, where i work what happened is all called "concealed freight damage" and I should not be liable for this. I asked him if I had ordered 200 panels woul

i ordered 4 panels from them and was told 24 to 48 hours for shipping. 6 business days later I called and they order was not processed yet. I was told it would be 24 to 48 hours for the panels to ship. Then the next day I was told they don't have the panels in stock and cancelled my order. Stay away from these folks!

***CAVEAT EMPTOR*** This is a tale of a remedied problem. After a month, a Single Star is now Three Star. I ordered a set of REC Alpha Pure 400s and they arrived packed by a third party in a woefully inadequate condition strapped to a pallet with no padding and a pallet nail gouge in the bottom panel. They didn't even place them face to face like the valuable fine art they are. When I informed Alexey of this with explicit photos establishing their third party packer's careless disregard for that non-countersunk nail, he attempted to shift the blame to transport. I'm certain Fed-Ex was not resp

Was able to purchase 6 Suntech 370W panels. I knew what I was looking for and was able to find the brand and wattage at a discounted rate from other sites. Would recommend!

I am new to using solar and had a great experience with A1Solar. I ordered 6 pcs of Q Cells 400W solar panels from them and delivery was fast / customer service was great! I look forward to buying from them again in the future.

I have ordered 2 solar panels from A1solarstore on pickup, but had some problems paying at the checkout. However, finally it went well.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
