Its one and two star share is 11 points above the typical installer in Florida. Across Florida, 157 of the 675 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 8 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

What reviewers said

  • 1★ · around August 2024

I would give zero stars. It's next to impossible to get service when your solar isn't working. Worst company ever. So far this month my solar worked for 8 days.

  • 5★ · around August 2021 · the company replied

After going through numerous companies AC/DC was by far the most professional company we spoke to. We ended up moving forward with the solar install and couldn’t be happier! I would definitely recommend them!

I’m very pleased with my system , equipment and the price that I got ! My agent Mor went above and beyond to make everything run as smooth as possible. Would highly recommend.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Bonded

“you hire is properly licensed, bonded, and insured in your state or…”

Its website also mentions warranty, free estimate, insured and licensed, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on Angi and HomeAdvisor. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

Other installers in Florida

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
