  I recently had a solar system installed by ADT Solar, and unfortunately, my overall experience has been far from satisfactory. While the system itself is functional, the quality of workmanship during the installation process was subpar, leading to several issues that have left me dissatisfied. 1. Damaged Property: The installation process resulted in extensive damage to various areas of my home, including the drywall, siding, soffit, and more. The careless handling of the installation has left my property in a state that requires additional repairs and expenses. 2. Lack of Attention to Detail:

  Overall, my experience with ADT is by far the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. Not everything is resolved yet, but it’s taking so long that I’ve decided to go ahead and write my reviews anyway (editing/updating later if necessary) to hopefully save others from the consternation that comes with getting solar with ADT. The short(er) version: We signed at the beginning of September, and at first we were very impressed. Everything went smoothly, and progressed the way they said it would.   Just another shady scam. They require a high pressure in person meeting where your trapped. They refuse to break down the estimate to show material and labor costs. They use the used car scam of focusing you on the credits and low monthly payment so you won't notice all the credits are being turned over to them from a price quote that is 100 of times too high. For example, they want 80,000 to install 12,000 in equipment. 68,000 for a week or less of labor for 2-3 guys. ADT was reputable now they are just a giant scam artist.   Marty Monical was extremely clear and patient with me through this process - I'm not good with technology and threw him a lot of challenges, but he walked me through the entire process and I'm thrilled with the results. He set the expectations fairly and came through on all of them. Highly recommend ADT Solar for the tremendous value, 25-year warranties, and service!

  Summer was very good about explaining to us ADT Solar, the benefits of it long-term, the warranties, how much the government shoulders some of the fees and she calculated what our monthly costs are. She also uses ADT Solar herself which makes you feel secured that you are making the right decision. She gave us lots of options to be able to fit it in our budget! They will be installing ADT Solar very soon at our home and we can’t wait to see our electric bills drop in the years to come. This is a huge investment and we are so proud to do this.
