  If I could give zero stars I would. Shady door to door sales. I sadly fell for the shady pitch into signing a contract so I could qualify for the 1 to 1 credit that just so happened to end the next day. Patrick Stricklin was a good sales rep until I found out a lien was put on my house to protect their panels. Contacted LGCY and they were no help. If Patrick or LGCY show up at your door beware, they are shady and skip over important parts of the contract that you should know and please don’t sign until you read the contract yourself, I wish I did.

  I don’t recommend. They hired out a subcontractor to do my install that damaged my roof and caused a leak. Have been dealing with it for over a year now and I still have interior damages that neither company wants to take responsibility for. I’ve only had one reliable source from LGCY but everyone else is a joke. Their sales rep lied about so much about the company and process, honestly don’t think I’ll ever be able to sell my house at this point but we’ve outgrown it and need something bigger.

  Door to door sales guys won’t take no for an answer and don’t communicate with one another. Had a sit down scheduled with them already and two days later another door to door salesman for there same company tried coming by to schedule a sit down. There district manager for IL is rude, continues to reach out after you say no thank you and claims he only reports to himself when asked whom his boss is. He also forgot what time our sit down was for and I had to remind him. He also was rude through txt messages which I saved to turn into there corporate office. Don’t recommend them as their custome

  Jeff was very nice and knowledgeable about the system. We only have our inspection tomorrow so I can’t say anything more.
