All Energy Solar

Each mark is one company we hold in Madison whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. All Energy Solar is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

I reached out to All Energy Solar after a power surge damaged our array. The company who installed our panels is no longer in business, so I needed to find a new company. After 2 months of SLOW communication back and forth with All Energy Solar trying to diagnose the issue over phone calls and emails, I still have an unusable system, and no one has been out to even look at anything. I understand that summer is busy season for solar, but this feels horribly inefficient.

See update below: Originally: We had solar installed by All Energy Solar. The process was well defined and the coordination and service we received was excellent at every step. Our project manager, Annalise, was outstanding as was the instillation crew. Glad we went solar, glad we used All Energy Solar. As a follow up to this review: During the original sales phase I had asked about what happens if a re-roof was needed. All Energy said it would add about $2k to the typical re-roof cost. Well, turns out we had roof damage due to squirrels making a nest under the solar. All Energy quoted us $15,

Door to door salesman ignored my no soliciting sign, and refused to leave my property even though I said "no thank you" multiple times. (Trespassing) Very disrespectful. Do business with such disrespectful company at your own risk.

All Energy Solar did an excellent job for us. Our project was complicated by our 44 year old solar hot water system. All Energy agreed to remove the rooftop parts and all the infrastructure. The crews that completed both the removal and installation of new solar panels were highly professional, well trained and conscientious about every detail. I would heartily recommend them for any residential solar project.

Working with the All Energy team to install my solar system has been an excellent and rewarding experience. EVERY team member gave me quick responses to my communication, whether by email or phone. And every team member gave me clear, easy to understand information about the benefits of solar, the challenges that accompany it, the installation process, etc. The team also worked diligently to make sure my system was installed before the end of 2025 so I could qualify for a tax benefit. Big thanks for everyone on the team! I'm so proud and happy to be going solar.

The customer service throughout the project was excellent, as was the installation team headed by Gabe & Jake. If you are looking for solar options, I recommend All Solar!

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

• Warranty

“must have a minimum of a five-year warranty. Both modules (panels) and inverter…”

• Free estimate

“the power of the sun. Start with a free consultation or site assessment to see how solar…”

• Established

“going anywhere A Proven Process Since 2009 We believe solar energy should be…”

• Licensed

“panels and components Fully-licensed electricians and installers Ongoing…”

Its website also mentions better business bureau, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

• It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau and Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
• It posts on X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
• —We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
• —We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
