  We signed papers to get soar panels in September of 2019 was told we would have them by the end of October. We have called the company multiple times not able to speak with anyone and left several messages. STILL NOONE has called me back. This is the WORST company ever. Evidently they care NOTHING about their customers. The ones giving good ratings are probably good friends and family. I don't even see how they have a 3.8. I wouldn't even have given a 1 star rating but you had to click on one of them. I have been telling everyone NOT to use this company.

  First let me say that the review listed by "Vicki Stocker" was NOT written by her. That is my mother and after speaking to her and double checking, she said she would have never written a review or EVER given them 5 stars, maybe minus 5 stars. So that will tell you how dishonest this company is. Also, after getting installed, good luck getting ANY answers out of this company. They are incompetent and will con you to get a system that will cost you the same as an electric bill along with a normal electric bill. Another thing, good luck trying to get a referral bonus.   This is a company that tell you anything to get you buy their product -true or not. The sales person provided a lot of false and misleading information also I defy you to get someone on the phone to speak t o THere is no such thing as customer service . Good luck with this company.

  Went through Arres to install a new roof and panels on our house. The sales guy that helped us, Chris was great. Did not try to push it on us and did a great job explaining the panels to us. The workers that came to our house were very nice and professional. I am happy with the finished product. The scheduling during the process I can not say the same about. For example we talked to office about when roof would be installed we asked for certain days no work to be done because my husband works night shift, we were ensured that would be followed but those days were the exact days they started.   I have been wanting to get solar panels for a long time. When a few of my friends got their panels, I really started looking into it. When I spoke with Chris Yuen, I felt very at ease. My husband finally understood my why. I was hesitant about it at first because we needed a new roof too. Chris helped us get a new roof and solar panels. We are so pleased with the results and the lower electric bill. 😀

  If it wasn't for the first guy that goes door to door love his attitude, we never would have made the leap, I was sold cause I already had a little knowledge on solar panels and thought it was a no brainer but my wife wasn't interested in it at all until the next meeting she saw the numbers and it made sense, the second guy did an good job explaining everything but it took a while to be begin the install mainly because of HOA, paperwork and power company which they take care of, other than that everything else was awesome.

  The CEO Ben Elgin went out of his,way to make,sure I was pleased with the installation. They aced it for me. My electricity bill decreased tremendously. Totally worth the investment!
