    This company doesn’t even deserve the one star I’m giving. I was told I had to pay to schedule a technician to come out and look at a system they put in to see what was wrong because twice the connection was lost to their system. I paid the $349 fee reluctantly. Wanted several weeks for a call to schedule a tech. It never came. I called to be refunded and they said it would take 3 weeks. I’ve called multiple times and no one will let me speak to accounting. I was told refunded to original payment then a check. It has now been 12 weeks and no refund. Do not use this company! They steal your mon

    Ive never written a review in my life. with that being said, i feel like i owe this to anyone considering using BRS. if you value your own sanity, do not use these clowns for anything. they are by far the worst company i have ever dealt with. took them more than a calendar year to install 9 panels and get them operational. Good luck if you decide to use these losers

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We have had 2 roofers come and say they messed up our roof and they REFUSE to pay to remove them. Would give 0’stars if i could.

    Update: Blue Raven reached out to me after I posted the below review and were committed to addressing my concerns and negative experience. This was an improvement from my previous experiences communicating with BRS, which I definitely appreciated. Despite all hopes and expectations, I have had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with Blue Raven Solar. Other than the occasional friendly but clueless and/or powerless customer service representative, the majority of my first few months with BRS has been filled with poor communication, installation errors, uncaring or snarky atti

    I had a fantastic experience with Blue Raven Solar from start to finish. The entire process was smooth, transparent, and well-organized. From the initial consultation to the final installation, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of my time and property. The installation crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and left the site clean. They also took care of all the permits and inspections, which made the whole process stress-free on my end.

    Great service and shout out to Jake! He always called to check in and any questions we had he always answered back fast. Blue raven should reward Jake, he goes above and beyond!

    The entire experience with Blue Raven was smooth and everything was explained in detail by Jake Bullard and he kept in contact throughout the process to keep me up to date on everything.
