    This company is horrible. Their communication is horrible. Their service is horrible. My solar panels were installed at the beginning of August and it’s now Oct 17 and the system is not yet working

    Pains me to write this. Had a mostly pleasnt and easy experience with SCSP, until I didn't. Chose SCSP over 4 other options because I felt confident in the product and the people. Fairly seemless process and felt like I made the right choice. Then... It rained. It rained a lot. Had a small leak in my home directly under the installed panels. Upon entering the attic to track it down - discovered that I had in addition to 2 leaks under the panels, I had several leaks in various places that had obviously been there for a long time PRIOR to my solar install, but for whatever reason, never actually

    Set an appointment at 9am. At 9am they cancel the appointment over an email, no call no show, because they say my income isn't hi enough without knowing my income.

    they go above and beyond to install and maintain and monitor the system and have superior customer service should you have any issues.

    Competitive pricing, and great service. I've had my panels for years at this point and they are working well. When an inverter failed a year or so ago they contacted me and then replaced it. I highly recommend this company.

    George, Tim, and Nikki provide excellent customer care. Their depth of knowledge, willingness to educate us, and then re-educate us, is paired with their kindness, attentiveness and patience. We are still working with these folks to adjust our settings to maximize our savings and are thankful for their partnership in this endeavor.
