  I do not recommend this company. They will not do honest work. They will charge you multiple times for services not provided. They claimed that my system was working properly when it was not. I do not believe they are upfront with their business practices. Look for someone more reliable and honest.

  They installed a energy system, including solar panels and inverter, and all of that at my home on Folly Beach. Within less than eight months of installation, the inverter had rot out because it was installed improperly. To make matters worse, they didn’t even want to honor any warranty on their work. Be careful about doing business with these guys.

  We were referred to Live Oak Energy Systems back in the spring of this year and specifically told to contact Rackley Davis. My husband spoke to Rackley Davis at length about the possibility of hiring him to help us get our solar panels (purchased from another company) back up and running after several months of being down. Rackley assured my husband that he would call him back ASAP to get someone from his company scheduled to come to our house to take a look at our solar panels and battery bank. My husband waited a few weeks for Rackley to return his call, but he never did, so he called and sp

  We needed our solar system repaired due to some squirrel damage. I called several companies and Live Oak was the most responsive by far. They communicated clearly throughout the process and informed us of our options every step of the way. They repaired our system and installed a critter guard at a very reasonable price. We are very happy with their work and would definitely recommend them, even outside of the Charleston area. They came to Columbia to work on our system.

  I had some roof repairs made, they came out on time, earlier than expected, removed, repaired and reinstalled new footing on my solar panels. 100% satisfied with the work.

  After having several issues with our actual solar company for months, we decided to contact Live Oak Energy Systems and we are so glad we did. We were able to schedule an appointment quickly. Big shout out to Cyrus! He was extremely friendly, helpful and explained and fixed the issue had. We cannot recommend Live Oak Energy Systems enough!
