  While I’ve been happy with the actual repair service, the customer service and scheduling is extremely frustrating. It takes numerous emails and phone calls to get any response. Then I’ll get a response to “put us on the schedule.” But then I don’t get out in the schedule. Currently looking for a reliable solar company for service and repairs.

  AMAZING SERVICE!!! Our system had suddenly quit producing, so we contacted our original company (who has since changed names), and we were told the service department would call us back to schedule a service appointment. After several days without a call back, called back and were told that it would take 5-7 days for them to call. Finding this unacceptable, began researching other solar providers in the area, and liked what we found about Boss Energy. Gave them a call the next day, and Jared answered, and that's when the amazing service began. Jared let me know that they were scheduling around
