Rose Energy LLC

Each mark is one company we hold in the Charleston area whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Rose Energy LLC is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

Dan from Rose Energy arrived at my house exactly when he committed to. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about my solar issue. He fixed the issue and explained what he did. He has been very attentive to my text messages asking about my solar monitoring. I highly recommend Rose Energy for any solar questions, issues or recommendations.

Dan worked on my issue after hours and went above and beyond to show that he had it all under control and he patiently responded well to all my questions.

My inverter died and they helped me through the RMA process and setting up an account with Solar Edge in addition to the install. Highly recommend if you have an orphan system.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

• Warranty

“water on the outside of your home. Warranty Assistance Solar system components…”

Its website also mentions financing and better business bureau, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

• It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
• It posts on Instagram and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
• —We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
• —We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
