    Sales person used fear tactics to get me to switch to solar. I reported to Georgia power and the police. Do not return to my property or I will resort to calling the police on site.

    the installation went well. After that the inspection process stalled because of a lack of communication from blue raven to the local building inspector and then once the inspection passed blaaa raven did noit notify the Dominion company. So I had useless panels on my roof. Blue Raven needs to improve the after install com skills

    After waiting a week for my appointment and no one shows up. Call Blue Raven at 10:30 to ask about my appointment. They put me on hold attempt to contact technician and get no answer. I am then instructed if he does not show up to call back. At 1:15 I call Blue Raven back, they contact technician and now my appointment is the 27th of this month. Two or more months and system is not working, and there is no sense of urgency, yet my payments are taken every month on time. As I stated before the absolute worst investment I have made attaching these panels to my home. This is absolutely the worst

    Paid for them to come inspect and repair my solar system. Technician was very friendly, he spent most of his time on the phone with solaredge and at the end explained they said they were pushing an update that would take a few hours and that would fix it or tell them if it was an inverter. He packed up to leave and said that solaredge would send a new one for him to return and install if it was deemed bad. He took an over $400 part that blue raven sent prior to his visit as he deemed it not necessary. I asked him if I would be charged again if it was a bad inverter, he said he didn’t believe s

    From beginning to end Blue Raven Solar has been exemplary. Their customer service is top notch. They promptly answered all of my questions and concerns to make this process as smooth as possible. Their technicians were polite and extremely efficient, getting everything installed in just one day. I would highly recommend to anyone interested in solar to utilize this company.

    The roofers were very professional and did a very good job however, I was missing the electrician. Should I charge you for delaying the service, since you were going charge if I had to reschedule?
