  Terrible customer service! The Salesman told me the rebates would come automatically. I told him I still need the list of my rebates. He did not give me the list. I lost 16K of rebate from the Oregon trust fund. Which I suspect are in on the scam. The Oregon Energy Department said for me to get my % tax write for having Solar, I had to have a certified project and he has no record of my solar installation. I talked to my Auric salesman and he said all Solar installations are certified. Then I called Auric directly and they refuse to help me. Auric refuse to provide the certification I needed t

  This company went out of business and I can see why. We are a local installer who was hired to remove the panels for a re-roof. There are a few things we noticed. 1) They never gave the customer access to the online monitoring, so I had to call and set-up. 2) Their installation was hideous. The way the conduit was run on the roof showed a complete lack of care for the customer's home. 3) They did not know how to layout attachments for the arrays. They installed the flashings on the outside of the panels. They are supposed to be hidden under the panels for a clean look. 4) They incorrectly inst

  Hey Auric! I’ve tried calling your local office and headquarters. I’ve emailed with no responses. I’ve actually only gotten 1 email in regards to my actual project. And I signed up in December of 2019. So 3 months later. One email. No solar. 15000 cash out of my pocket. This is ridiculous. Oh and I’ve even tweeted them to elicit any sort of response. I want a full refund. I will not support a company that conducts their “business” this way. Can someone please contact me?

  I am very pleased with the solar panel installation at my residence in Colorado Springs. The teams that visited were always hardworking, professional and courteous. The financing with CCBank has been a real blessing in that it allowed me time to shuffle money between investments and minimize interest payments. Dealing with a Utah company in Colorado presented some issues with communication but in the end everything was accomplished and the system is operating very well.

  Auric installed solar panels and micro inverters on my roof and I am extremely pleased with the entire process. Everyone that I dealt with was very professional. They answered all of my questions and my panels have been putting power back into the grid from the day I turned them on. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for solar.
