    Worst experience ever. Did a shitty job and left stuff a mess. Didn't clean up at all. They didn't have them running before I had to start paying for them. I had to raise hell for them to come back and clean up the mess they left on my newly finished wall. Took way longer than they said it would. Would not recommend.

    James Arthur, the salesman at Freedom Forever, a solar panel installation company. He lied about there being no bill for the first 2 months other than cost for meter about $12-$15 he said. He lied about being there for me, even after the installation. He said if I ever had a problem he would be there. Well I had a problem from day one, the App he encouraged me to download was not and still is not recording the power usage and solar usage correctly. Freedom Forever did come out, but only because a panel wasn't working correctly. They also tried to add more clamps in the electrical box to read t

    First, despite the company’s name, Freedom Forever does not act “forever” in any positive way — they keep customers on hold indefinitely. Second, their customer service is extremely poor. I had a solar panel removal scheduled for today, but no one showed up. I only learned what happened after I called to ask where the technician was, and was then told that the appointment had been cancelled without any notice. This panel removal was coordinated with a roof replacement that had already been scheduled. Because Freedom Forever failed to show up or notify me, I am now facing financial penalties fr

    FIRST The solar panels were not installed as pictured in the original plan. SECOND The solar system has not been connected to the power. THIRD There has not been an inspection of any kind. FOURTH If anyone wishes to contact me, then call me and leave me a message. If I get a call and don't recognize the number, I will not return the call.

    Freedom Forever is the most professional solar company I have worked with. This company will survive the current economic crisis and be around to service the systems they install. All solar companies have some great installers and some lower quality installers. Freedom Forever has better training for the installers and at the very least, as stated above, will still be there for service if anything does go wrong with the system.

    Freedom Forever installed our new solar panel system this week. The team of Nick, Ashton, Hayden and Gabe are great. They laid out their plans for each day and kept us updated on their progress. They arrived both days on time and cleaned up before they left. At the end of the project we did a walk through of the system and they answered all our questions. We highly recommend Freedom Forever, and if you get Nick, Gabe, Ashton and Hayden you’re going to be very happy!

    With energy prices as they are, we have been looking for an alternative way to save money. Alex Santana approached us and told us about what they offer and it matched what we were looking for. This is not an easy process from start to finish by any means but I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of attention and follow through that Alex provided. He either answered all of my questions and concerns right away or reached out to get the answers and then promptly followed up with us.
