The did a bad installation, the inverter box had water damage. It only last 8 months they keep telling me is the siding guy but the siding was remplace a year later after I have the problem with inverter and inverter was never removed. For the last 3 years Im paying two bills I don't recommend at all.

Basic inquiry for a tesla charger installation in my home. I was asked to submit a survey that took me about 30 minutes to complete, involving me sending in 10 different photos and providing measurements. I was told a week later that based on the info, it would require some extra work. Ok! Fine, give me a quote! ONE MONTH LATER, I receive an email saying they're not taking on new projects and won't be able to help me. What the hell? You wasted a month of my time!

We signed up in June to get solar on our house due to a problem with Tesla never giving us an install date. We were told that we would be installed mid to late July and that we could cancel and get our deposit back if needed but we shouldn't have any problems. Permits were already paid for by us because of the previous issue with Tesla. July comes and goes with no contact. Mid August comes and still nothing, so we contacted them and was told they were running behind because they bought another solar company and was trying to work things out. Then we get a call from John who was with the other

Excellent installation of our new solar arrays on a Craftsman bungalow in Portland. Clear and accurate quote (including discounts) and planning process, professional crew, great communication, great clean-up and problem-solving throughout. So satisfying to see that we are generating all our electricity needs!

Elemental Energy just finished a rooftop solar installation for our home and we couldn't be happier. The pricing was fair and everyone we dealt with was smart, friendly, and patient. I have no hesitation in recommending them if you're thinking of making the leap to solar.

Elemental Energy installed our solar system in 2021. They were very professional and responsive. I had a lot of questions and they answered them clearly and transparently. The permitting and install was very smooth, their workers were fast and knew what they were doing. The system has worked well and they have been great about answering my many follow up questions after the install was done. I decided to expand our system this year, and my experience was similarly positive. Their pricing is competitive with other solar installers. I recommend everyone get more than one bid when considering sol

What the company says about itself
Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.
Warranty
“roof carries a 10-year workmanship warranty. Awards & Certifications…”
Established
“us Illuminating Oregon and Washington since 2010 Elemental Energy is a leader in…”
Years in business
“Storage design and installation. With over 15 years of experience, our team knows solar.”
Licensed
“and night. more Service Electrical Licensed electricians serving Oregon and…”
Its website also mentions free estimate and licence number, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.
Elsewhere
- It is also reviewed on GuildQuality and Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
- It posts on LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.
What we don't know
- The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
- We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
- We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
