Its one and two star share is 1 point below the typical installer in Portland. Across Oregon, 49 of the 106 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 50 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

After 3 years of installing a 24kw system. Each year the system goes down at the peak of harvesting. It takes them a week to come out. I thought they were monitoring the system, nope. This year I asked someone to come out again but it seems they want to delay making an appointment.

if you don't include this company in your quote process, you're making a mistake. I was convinced that all HVAC companies were sort of crooked, with jacked up pricing and frequent add-ons to original scope of work. This was based on past history. Bret, the owner came to my home, listened to my wants and needs, then sent me a thorough quote with specs, warranty options and timing within a couple hours. The pricing was very fair and lower than 2 of the other three quotes I had. I trusted my gut and went with Premier at 4 pm. The next morning, his 2-man crew, Brian and (forgot his name) showed up

All went well with the process. Premier Solar did an outstanding job through the entire process. Good communications, very experienced employees doing a job efficently. I definitely recommend them if you are going solar.

Premier Solar NW had been fantastic! Another company I had found first and contracted with went bankrupt part way into the project. I found Premier Solar NW and not only did they make it work to complete my solar project where the other company left off, they did it with knowledgeable expertise while at the same time (every time) met me with very friendly professionalism in every correspondence (written or in person), from the sales staff, the project managers to the installers, everyone was a pleasure to work with. Premier Solar NW even came in at a better price than the other company. They r

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
