  Stay away from this company!!! 3 neighboring houses, we all used their service and have had nothing but issues! 8 months and still not finalized! It will be your responsibility to follow up daily if you want any step of the process done. Total disconnect with the employees too!! Horrible experience we’ve all had!!! Stay away and find someone better Year 3 Update: We were promised that they will monitor performance and come fix whats broken right away under warranty.   Before you sign up! We had a salesperson come out to chat with us about solar. We already wanted solar, so the buy-in was already there. There were a couple of oddities in the pitch and a big sense of urgency that we needed to sign that night. The price seemed reasonable and solar just makes sense, so none of that was the issue. The salesperson alluded that we needed to sign up immediately because so many folks were signing up that we may not even get approved by PGE due to capacity constraints. We were also told that we were 65th in line. I called PGE to verify this information, and that was

  If you go solar, I do not recommend this company. The salesperson did not provide me accurate or complete information, even when I asked direct questions, leaving me to find out too late that my costs were not accurate. My installation was delayed for many months and the communication was severely lacking. I lodged my complaints with the company and the manager responded and apologized but basically said they had so many customers that they were falling behind. I then reached out a year after my installation to ask about a benefit my salesperson told me about to be used in the first year. When

Its website also mentions free estimate, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

• It is also reviewed on GuildQuality and Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
• It posts on TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.
