    The installation process was great overall, aside from the fact that our new gutters were damaged during the installation. Unfortunately, we have now been waiting nearly six months for reimbursement for the gutter damage, despite continuing to follow up. In addition, when we signed our solar agreement, we were promised checks for the first 18 months to help cover our solar system payments. To date, we have not received approximately four to five of those promised checks, and I have continued to contact the company regarding the issue.     Stop coming to my door. I don't want to rent out my roof. Respect no soliciting signs because that is what you're doing.

    Salesman ignored my no soliciting sign. When I pointed to the no soliciting sign he replied “Oh I’m not selling anything, I’m on the survey side.” As he’s holding a clip board that says “Price Comparison.” Lies and deception. I would never do business with a company that introduces them self this way.

    The equipment is great. I’m not so impressed with the installation. The crew left my property in bit of a mess and I still haven’t been told how to access the app. The install was done quickly, but it took them a while to obtain the permits after they were ready at the City. I have had this system previously so I know it will work great once it’s completely up and running.

    SunPower did an awesome job, we will now have peace of mind when the grid goes out. Battery installed with the solar and no loan was taken out. Love this program, Allen Kun did a great job explaining the program and answered all my questions. The install crew was quick and professional, clean and quick install and can’t wait to see the savings!

    Very happy with the installation, from the people who I worked with, to the quality of the work itself, everything was fantastic. I was assisted by Allen Kun, who was very patient and allowed me to ask as many questions as I could think of, and accommodated my every request.
