Its one and two star share is 2 points above the typical installer in the Eugene area. Across Oregon, 35 of the 106 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 49 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Each mark is one company we hold in the Eugene area whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. LightHarvest Solar is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

I purchased solar sistem for my sprinter van. I was tould it will be perfect solution for my needs. I was told the solar panel can produce 400 w per hour. When i started testing in hot day , I just got 130w . When I called them, they told, they didn't know, i have just question, why you are selling not tested product. The owner Mailes told me to call me and help. I don't recommend .that product just waste money.

I really want to support Miles and his business more but the service and support is questionable. They have a great selection of products so you dont have to wait for Amazon but their advice is all over the place. I have had to go back multiple times to get the right thing after I was told I was sold everything I needed. I have been given information about battery banks and lithium ion batteries that changes every time I talk to him. I was told the new lithium ion battery I was sold would replace my two old batteries he sold me only to have it shut off in the first month in the worst situation

I shopped several Victron authorized installers before making a final decision. We decided upon LightHarvest Solar after speaking to Matt. All the other dealers were too busy to answer my many questions as Victron and Lithium batteries were all new to me. Matt took the time to explain Victron products and the importance of each component working with the Lithium batteries. We just bought a new RV and I was really looking for a clean professional install. When I went to pickup the completed project I couldn’t be more happy. Ben walked me through install and explained how I monitor and adjust th

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
