  Installation was not flawless but it's a complicated process, I'm willing to overlook a few missteps. However, the salesman was deceptive in saying that my rates would not increase after the contract was signed...this is not true. Further, the system has dramatically underproduced what was promised, and I've still had triple-digit bills in the winter. I would add that they are mostly unresponsive to questions once the system is signed for. I would suggest looking elsewhere, like a local company, if you want to go solar.

  They don’t honor their contracts. My system way underproduced and they are refusing to do anything to fix the situation. I will never go through them again for future projects. They heavily exaggerate how fast they can get them installed from signing. They took way longer than they said. Their communication is horrible. They never finished up the electrical in the attic, the wires were supposed to be in conduit but instead it was just laid across the floor and over appliances. They also replaced one of the lines to a sub panel with way lower gauge wire than what was installed before so I have

  UPDATE - They did finally respond, and after several emails, a few sub-contractor visits to get the right inverter, it was fixed by replacing a faulty inverter that was still under warranty...as stated below. NOW, since they did not correctly estimate my usage, I need to add panels to this system, and likely upgrade the inverter, and cannot get an answer back...I just don't understand how a business operates like this. OLD - I have been down since February due to my inverter failing...Been trying to get this addressed for over 2 months (it took a while coming out of winter months to realize we

  The entire process for our Blue Sky Solar system could not have been easier! My wife found Blue Sky online, and just suggested I inquire. Their response was immediate, factual, no nonsense, easily comparable, and patient with all of my questions. Scheduling the installation was a breeze, and they dovetailed into our schedule as if we were their only customer! Their installation team was wonderful and addressed all of my little inquiries and concerns. WB

  BlueSky Solar did a great job in installing my solar panels, even though there were a few delays in the beginning. After signing up with the original salesman for solar panels, there was a wait, little communication and some confusion. The reason for this was because the salesman stopped working for the company and the accounts that he had were "lost" for a while. Another sales rep finally got ahold of me and proceeded with the process. She made everything right and I was satisfied. The installers were friendly, on-time, fast and knowledgeable.
